Chernivtsi in need of its own restoration workshop
Thanks to the assistance of the Consul General of Romania in Chernivtsi Eleanor Moldovans and Chernivtsi mayor Alex Kaspruk started another very interesting direction of cross-border cooperation between Suceava and Chernivtsi on the exchange of experience in the field of cultural heritage protection, maintenance and management of UNESCO sites. Last year, restoration workshops at the Museum of Bucovina Suceava M. was 40 years old. The technology of restoration of wooden and metal products, ceramics, textile, tempera painting, details of architectural decoration to the highest European standards and is financed by funds of the European Union. "During your stay in Suceava was reminded once again that Ukraine has long needed its own restoration workshops. Where, as in our historic city, cultural heritage requires a professional approach to preservation, conservation and restoration of artistic values. Moreover, we have the necessary experience of previous years, have various specialists.
