Everyone wants to live in comfortable conditions, to walk on clean streets, mother ? the opportunity for active recreation. It would seem that it is clear to all things, but not everything is so simple, when it comes to decision-making by deputies of local councils. Due to various reasons appear a lot of questions like "why?", "why there?" "perhaps now is not true?" and the like. Recently, at the initiative of deputies from "Solidarity" held a gathering of creative suggestions, ideas and wishes of the residents of Ivano-Frankivsk region about the direction of the regional center. Supported the conduct of this campaign and our party members across the region. So, during the week the activists of "Solidarity" with portable boxes collected suggestions of citizens. We can say that most of the proposed citizens initiatives related to the improvement of accomplishment, creating a positive image of the city and increase tourism attractiveness. This applies not only to the usual requests of repairing roads and maintaining cleanliness of the city, but the desire to make it more vivid. Many of the proposals were filling it ? the cultural life of Ivano-Frankivsk. In particular, the residents propose to increase the number and improve the quality of festivals, competitions and various festive events. However, the most important and significant, in our opinion, is the idea of free foreign language courses for children. After all, this suggests that the residents of our region understand that the city may be a truly European only under the condition of continuous self-development and real adoption of European values through live communication with representatives of other countries, introduction to European and world cultural heritage. And it concerns first and foremost the younger generation, because in his hands lies our future. The results of processing the collected proposals on behalf of the Deputy corps of the "Solidarity" already preparing to appeal to the Municipal Inspectorate for improvement and the mayor developed the draft decisions to be submitted for the consideration of session of city Council. It should be noted that the rally was timed to the Day of Europe in Ukraine and received the name of "Ivano-Frankivsk is a European city". It is noteworthy that this initiative helped to attract the most active residents in the decision-making process regarding the development of the regional center. Moreover, this action becomes perpetual and continues to gain momentum. So, at the public office of the territorial organization of the "Solidarity" that is located at the address Shevchenko street, Bud. 47, we constantly take suggestions from people, because it helps to get an understanding of the basic vectors of development of the city and immediate needs of citizens.
