Economic court of Rivne region has upheld the arguments of the Prosecutor's office of Rivne oblast and has satisfied its claim about recognition invalid contracts on the organization of Amateur and sport fishing, concluded by the Supervisory authority and the public organization, according to the terms of which the latter unlawfully used water objects with a total area of 63 hectares. We are talking about the lake "Second" and "mansion window surrounds" in the Rivne region, monetary valuation of which is almost 2 million USD. Base defense in court by prosecutors of the interests of the state was that the Management of protection, use and reproduction of water biological resources and fishery regulation in the Rivne region secured in 2013, water bodies for public organization illegally, whereas the right to dispose of these objects lies exclusively with the Rivne regional state administration. Reference: in accordance with the requirements of the water legislation provided for only one form of provision of water in use under lease. The lessors of water bodies are bodies of Executive power and local self-government.
