14 June on the territory of Dubensky penal colony representatives of the regional Department SSES and local rescuers together with the staff about the’ktoo volunteer fire brigade and members of the colony were held special tactical exercises to extinguish the fire. The level of fire safety Dubenskaya penal colony refers to about’object with mass stay of people and occupies a large area in case of emergency there is not any threat to life and health’Yu prisoners and staff. On a tactical plan the fire arose in the boiler house. In the danger zone were one person. The prison staff had immediately carried out the evacuation of prisoners and valuables in a safe place, but DPD personnel conducted combat deployment and provided on suppression of a conditional fire water trunks. Meanwhile, another colony promptly called to the aid and rescue units DSNs and employees of emergency medical care. Firefighters arrived to a call place, immediately rescued the man, who was in a smoke trap. Within minutes conditional fire was liquidated. To participate in the exercises was done by 18 workers in emergency services and 3 units of equipment. The head of doctrines, the Deputy chief of Department of emergency response DSNs in Rivne region, Lieutenant Colonel of service of civil protection Vladimir Sinticim it was noted that these tactical tasks have been fully implemented, and joint actions of personnel and rescuers of gschs for fire suppression commended.
