In Vinnytsia oblast held a training workshop on the theme: "Development of agricultural gorodnitstva in Vinnytsia region". Participation the seminar was attended by first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Andriy Gyzhko, candidate of agricultural Sciences, associate Professor, rector of Vinnytsia national agricultural University Victor Mazur, first Deputy Director of Department of agroindustrial development of regional state administration Valentine Kirilyuk, President of the National Association of agricultural services of Ukraine Roman Root, representatives of the structural units of AIC of regional state administrations, experts of agriculture and experts-advisers Advisory services in Vinnytsia region. "Ukraine is undergoing fundamental changes in ways of management in the field of crop and livestock production. Priority sectoral institutions is the search for new approaches of development of rural territories. Question gorodnitstva is one of the first places, because in Vinnytsia region lives in rural areas 48% of the population. Of them are formally employed population is only 38 million people.., therefore, to provide a stable revenue development based on improved knowledge of the population", - said Andrey Geico. During the workshop, participants discussed the role of Advisory services in the formation and development of small and medium agricultural producers, because they are the basis for sustainable development of rural areas. Also, addressed the issue of the main models of agricultural gorodnitstva in the world and the role of integration processes in enhancing the investment attractiveness of the region. According to Andrew Gyzhko, the role of public authorities is to focus on the development of agricultural areas. "Should involve various state programs, grant projects and foreign investments, this will provide an opportunity to create new jobs in the service sector, green tourism and horticulture". Every year in Vinnytsia region increases the number of advisers. Jointly with the Vinnitsa National agrarian University in the last two years of study (qualification) agricultural advisers and expert advisers has increased to 42 persons, including: in 2014 - 19 agricultural sootoday and 10 expert advisors; in 2015 - 5 agricultural sootoday and 8 expert -advisers. During 2015 and March 2016 the Department of agricultural development of regional state administration was held a two qualification exam agricultural advisors and agricultural experts - advisors for development of agricultural gorodnitstva in the region recognized as the main priority activities of the Department of agricultural development of regional state administration. "To engage in deliberative activities passed the qualifying exam and received a corresponding qualification certificate 11 agricultural poradnika and 11 expert adviser", - said Andrey Geico. In turn, Viktor Mazur said that the main task of Vinnytsia national agrarian University is training of specialists of different professions, including the training of agricultural advisers and expert advisers. "This year we have expanded the network of specialties, and will include the recruitment of applicants," - said Viktor Mazur.
