In Chernigov prepare for Constitution Day and youth Day
In the Chernihiv city Council, chaired by the Deputy mayor Olga Hanc meeting of organizing Committee on preparation and holding of the city's activities for Constitution Day and youth Day. The meeting was attended by representatives of the departments of culture and information activities and communications with the public, administration, divisions and offices of the city Council, utility companies, law enforcement agencies. As the head of the culture Department of the city Council Yuri Tkach, all major events will be celebrated from 24 to 28 June in the framework of a multifestival "CherVen". According to the preliminary plan in the Central Park of culture and rest on the open stage will host a concert program with participation of creative collectives, intellectual, and fun contests. Events will also take place in the City Palace of culture, where by tradition will host the international youth festival of humor "beetle-2016". The main ceremonial event for the Constitution Day of Ukraine on 24 June at 15 hours. This was reported by representatives of the regional state administration. In the regional Philharmonic center of festivals and concert programs gala concert and awarding of Honorary diplomas and Commendations involving the leadership of the region and city. During the celebrations there will be laid flowers to the memorial stele to the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred and soldiers of Chernigov, killed in zone of anti-terrorist operation in the East of Ukraine, T. G. Shevchenko monument and to the fighters for will and independence of Ukraine. A detailed action plan will be published on the official website of the Chernihiv city Council later. During the discussion the members of the organizing Committee expressed their proposals for the holding of this celebration. Olga Honch called on all responsible persons involved in the organization of the event, consistently and responsibly to organize and conduct a city wide event at the proper level.
