Pursuant to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from March 14, 2016 ¹167 " On amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from July 1, 2016, the payment of pensions to internally displaced persons will be carried out only through the network of institutions and devices of public joint stock company "State savings Bank of Ukraine". The number of pensioners of internally displaced persons who receive pensions by the actual place of residence - 3317 (including 138 military pensioners), of them receive through Sberbank – 2743 through other banks or post offices – 574 person. Temporarily suspended the payment of pensions to persons 586 (29 servicemen). To ensure payment of pension in July 2016 574 IDPs urgently need to change the way pension payments or change your banking institution. If internally displaced person for any reason will not have time to open an account in PUB "State savings Bank of Ukraine" until July 1, 2016, the payment of pensions will be resumed after the submission to the bodies of the Fund of necessary documents, from the date of termination. The specified normative act to ensure the payment of pensions to internally displaced persons and their identification provided the emission (issue) of payment cards, which are the pension certificate (e-pension card - EPP), showing them graphic and electronic information about the owner and his digital signature. E-pension card is made in the name of the person awarded a pension. If the pension is assigned to a minor or incompetent person, in e-the pension certificate (the "pension") the surname, name and patronymic of the father (mother) or guardian. The validity of the e-pension card as a payment card is set to three years subject to passing the physical identification of the recipient of the pension in the Bank branches the first 2 times every six months, and thereafter every 12 months. Data on type of pension, group, cause of disability and the period for which disability pension is specified in the electronic certificate, taking account of the requirements of the accounting, storage, and issuance of pension certificates in the Pension Fund of Ukraine and its bodies. In the case of extension of period of pension, disability, or extension of its new term shall be the issue of a new e-pension card. E-pension card is used as a payment card prior to the end of its term, including in the event of termination of a pension. Production of electronic pension certificates is carried out on the basis of the application submitted to the territorial body of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. In the case of treatment of a person for the production of electronic pension certificate, the person must provide the following documents: - passport; - certificate on registration of the payer of taxes of the physical person; a certificate of registration of internally displaced persons; - photo size 3x2. 5 cm Specialist Pension Fund management on the basis of the documents, fills out an application, provides to the pensioner for verification and signature, pastes the photo of the person in the request, scans the submitted documents and the statement and transmits them to the Central level, where it will be shared with PJSC "State savings Bank of Ukraine".
