Vinnytsia oblast public organization "Association of protection and assistance to the disabled "Open hearts" has presented a new program for training service groups assistance and support of people with functional limitations "We are close", which is implemented with the support of the regional state administration and regional Council. Recall that the public organization "Open hearts" was one of 12 winners of the competition by determination of programs (projects, events) developed by civil society institutions, and for execution (implementation) which provides financial support in 2016 at the expense of means of the regional budget, which is traditionally held every year by the Department of information activities and communications with the public RSA. "At first glance, the aim of the project is the training of service groups that work with people who have functional limitations. However, implementation of the program will form a positive attitude of society towards persons with disabilities and a desire to help them", – said the Deputy Chairman of the Council of the Association "Open hearts" Natalia Golovko.
