Sport-Patriotic camp "Kaminska Sich" the aim of Patriotic education of the younger generation of Ukrainians, propaganda of healthy lifestyle among the youth, the deepening of knowledge on civil defense and first aid, education of careful attitude to the environment. "We educate the younger generation of Ukrainians through the lessons of history, acquaintance with the customs and traditions of our people, different sports games, such as "Fight " cross", hopak, a traditional Cossack fights, as well as through the development of skills of a balanced diet and routine of physical training and sports", – said the head of the project Ruslan Begas. Almost one quarter of the participants were women. "It is very wrong to assume that women are the weaker sex. We perform the same exercises as men of the camp, only taking into account lower load," said project participant, coach Tatiana Voloshenyuk. "Traditionally, we read the children a lecture on the history of Ukraine, medicine, tourism, basics of health and healthy lifestyle. Also from time to time we hold master classes of folk arts and crafts such as pottery and the manufacture of products from straw," said project participant, coach Alexander Sedlak. The project "Kaminska Sich" will foster a healthy, self-sufficient, national-Patriotic youth of Vinnytsia region and the state as a whole in the spirit of the best Cossack traditions, to form worthy participants in regional and national games "Falcon – Jura".
