the Department of statistics in Vinnytsia region reported: In January–may 2016 for grants for reimbursement for housing and communal services turned 172,4 thousand households, that in 2 times more than in January–may 2015. The number of participants in housing subsidy Programmes that have received subsidies for reimbursement for housing and communal services amounted to 33% of the total number of households in Vinnytsia region. Among the cities and districts of the region the largest share of households that received subsidies in Vinnitsa (20%) and the smallest in Murovani Kurylivtsi, Chechelnitskiy and Yampolsky (areas of 0.2–0.4%). Among households that receive subsidies, 36% of households of one person, nearly a third ? with two, the other ? of three or more people. The total amount of grants to households for reimbursement for housing and communal services in January–may of 2016, totaled 124, 1 million UAH 113.5 million UAH more than the corresponding indicator 2015 of it in urban areas – 57.4 million UAH, in the countryside ? 66,7 mln. The average size of assigned subsidies for reimbursement for housing and communal services per household in may 2016 decreased compared to the corresponding period in 2015. 4% and totaled 263,5 USD. The largest size was observed in Yampil's'kyi district (4309,6 UAH), the lowest in Pogrebischenske, Mogilev-Podolsky, Trostyanets and Chechelnitsky areas (45,5 USD; 37,0 USD ; 29,6 5,6 UAH and USD, respectively). In January–may 2016 16.8 thousand households (66% of those who applied) were appointed, cash subsidies for reimbursement for acquisition of the liquefied gas, firm and liquid oven household fuel, of which in urban settlements ? 2.9 thousand households in rural areas ? 13.9 thousand households. Among households assigned to subsidies of this type, 64% of households are one-person, one – fifth part of two people, and the rest ? from three to five or more people. In January–may 2016 the total amount of cash subsidies that are assigned to households for reimbursement of expenses for the purchase of liquefied gas, solid and liquid stove fuel, was $ 36.7 million USD, of it in urban areas ? 7.0 million UAH, in the countryside ? 29.7 million USD. The average size of subsidy cash reimbursement for the purchase of liquefied gas, solid and liquid stove fuel may 2016 per household amounted to UAH 2389,5. The largest size was in the Chernivtsi region (2682,1 UAH), the smallest – in Yampolsky (546,3 USD). In January–may 2016 the total amount of cash subsidies received by the households for reimbursement for the purchase of liquefied gas, solid and liquid stove fuel, amounted to 30.3 million USD, for the corresponding period in 2015. – 7.1 million USD.
