The Chairman of regional state administration Stepan Barna instructed to perform criminal proceedings against representatives of local businesses, which stretch more than six months. "It is unacceptable to artificially delay or to open criminal proceedings against the businessmen, - noted the head of the region during a meeting on foreign investment cooperation in the region.- If it lasts more than six months, or 8-9 months, I have reason to believe that is not all there honestly. By the end of the week problems need to be solved and the conclusions made." Besides, the Chairman yeah noted that everyone who opens these things, will be responsible. If such cases will happen, we will take appropriate personnel decisions. And not only in the region but also of the Cabinet and the presidential Administration of Ukraine. "I have said repeatedly with security forces, and once again declare: I will not allow anyone to terrorize the business in Ternopil region. If such facts are, I will speak about it publicly.
