But not all citizens follow the rules of safe behavior on the water, which in turn is a major cause of accidents. Only in the Rivne region from the beginning of the bathing season on the water killed 8 citizens, and in the whole country the number of tragic cases reached almost 100. To prevent the death of people on water about’objects, and also rose's explanation of the travelers of the rules of safe behavior on the water, on 26 June the workers of the Rovno city Department of GU gschs together with the rescuers of the regional municipal emergency-rescue service on water about’objects carried out preventive RAID on the beaches of lake Basov Kut in the regional center. During the event, the rescuers told citizens what to do and what not to do to stay on the water brought only pleasure and caused no trouble. Officers of the state service for emergency situations distributed rovenchanam amp’tents preventive measures and instructions of the basic rules of safe behavior on the water. Also citizens talked about the dangers of swimming in unauthorized areas, about the danger of diving into water from cliffs and bridges and recalls the prohibition of bathing in a drunken state and so on. Separately, employees of gschs vacationers explained the rules of the rescue of drowning and the manner of application of resuscitation and first aid skills. During rose's advocacy special attention rescuers paid to parents with kids.
