The team of Ternopil city Council has won second place in a paintball tournament "Cup of Shukhevych"
In Ternopil was a traditional paintball tournament dedicated to the birthday of the chief commander of the UPA Roman Shukhevych. Participation in the tournament brought 8 teams from Ternopil and region, as well as the team from Odessa. According to the organizers of the tournament, it's notable that this year the team presented the soldiers of the 44th separate artillery brigade. The tournament began with a minute of silence for the fallen newest Heroes - the soldiers of the ATO and «Celestial hundreds». Team of the city Council headed by mayor Sergei Nadal took part in the tournament and this year received second place. Cup Shukhevych went to the team from Ternopil “V³ëüí³ people”. Welcoming the organizers and participants of the tournament the mayor of Ternopol Sergey Nadal, said: “the Cup Shukhevych” for the city – not just a sporting event, it is part of the Patriotic and military education of the Ukrainian youth. Ternopolyane and visitors to our city pay tribute to the many years the commander of the Ukrainian insurgent army, Hero of Ukraine Roman Shukhevych. Many of last year's tournament participants, protects the Independence of Ukraine as part of volunteer battalions and the Armed forces of Ukraine in Eastern Ukraine. Thanks to the organizers for Your hard work! I believe that very soon on the Ukrainian land will be “shoot” only during such tournaments, and in Ukraine there will be peace!&". The tournament was organized paintball club “Legionary” and the organization of the Youth nationalist Congress. Financial support was provided by the Ternopil city Council.
