The Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region is taken to control the course of investigations of resonant road accident
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region is performed procedural management in criminal proceedings in respect of a road accident, which took place in the village Vapnyarka Tomashpil district 23.06.2016 and acquired considerable public outcry. So in the course of a traffic accident, as a result of violations of traffic rules the driver of the vehicle brand "VAZ" killed the driver of the motorcycle brand “Viper” – 28 year old village head and 19-year-old passenger. Thanks to the carried out urgent investigative actions in criminal proceedings sufficient evidence to report suspected offender, for part 3, article 286 of the criminal code of Ukraine. After its delivery 27.06.2016 the suspect elected a measure of restraint in form of detention. Now in criminal proceedings has appropriate expertise, is a pre-trial investigation. Additionally, part 3 of article 286 of the criminal code of Ukraine - violation of rules of traffic safety or transport operation by the person which manages a vehicle, which resulted in the deaths of several persons, - shall be punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term from p'five to ten years with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for up to three years.
