the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region 24 June 2016 held the training seminar "Basic principles of organization and management in the Prosecutor's office in terms of legislative changes and reforms." The event was attended by officials of the Prosecutor's office of area, and also with the use of videoconference – heads, first deputies and deputies of heads of local public Prosecutor's offices, chiefs of local Prosecutor's offices. The event was opened by the Prosecutor of the Rovno area Anatoly Kovalchuk, who noted the important role of organizational and managerial factors to ensure effective prosecution at the present stage, the increasing level of activities of the prosecution authorities in terms of legislative changes. The participants discussed in particular the issues of normative regulation of the organization of work and management in the Prosecutor's office, certain aspects of the administrative powers of the management bodies of the Prosecutor's office in accordance with the provisions of the law of Ukraine "On Prosecutor's office" and ways of their implementation; basic principles for the distribution of responsibilities between employees; work on legal support in the prosecution. Considerable attention was paid to the discussion of problematic issues that may arise during the planning and organization of visits of employees of the regional Prosecutor's office to local prosecutors. During the workshop, participants, including heads of local prosecution offices, and exchanged experience. Thanks to the held event participants had the opportunity to up-skill and improve approaches to work on the specified direction.
