The Rivne region: in children's camp "Ahativka" rescuers of civil service on emergency situations held informative and educational event for children Rules of safety learn,have fun, relax!"
During the summer holidays for children, adults – to provide them with useful, and most importantly safe holiday. And well, if children know and follow the rules of their own security. But there are numerous instances when the children are perpetrators and victims of emergency events. To organize and conduct preventive-R’explanatory work on safe summer holiday and improvement of children in 2016, the Main Directorate DSNS in Rivne region held shares "Rules of safety learn, have fun and rest!&"for all summer camps. Thus, on 1 July, the staff of the rescue Service Rivne region together with employees of educational - methodical center of civil protection and life safety of the Rivne region visited health institutions "Ahativka", in the village Simonw Goshchansky district. For children who have a rest in the camp, the rescuers demonstrated fire rescue vehicles and equipment, familiarized children with the rules of safe leisure on the water, reminded how to behave with fire, and demonstrated how to extinguish the fire. Pyrotechnics of regional management of gschs in the example of the models demonstrated different types of ammunition: mines, shells, bombs, bullets, which they quite often have to withdraw from the land. Also everyone had the opportunity to try the equipment of the sapper. During the event, rescuers drew children's attention to need of observance of rules of safe behavior in case of detection of explosive devices and suspicious objects to avoid tragic consequences. Children was rose’explained the basic rules of first aid skills. Children with passion in the form of a contest put on fixed time arming firefighters and taking photos. Since the beginning of summer in the region started 17 health camps. Therefore, during summer vacation, the staff of service of rescue of region will visit each shift in institutions of rest and will remind the children basic rules of fire safety and life safety rules, the water recreation and nature and the rules of safe behavior in case of detection of suspicious subjects. Employees of the Main Department of the State service of Ukraine for emergency situations of the region are convinced that such measures will help to reduce the number of accidents and injuries with children and ensure a pleasant and rewarding stay of the young generation.
