In Ternopil dismantled illegal kiosks "Interpret"
From the streets.Khmelnytsky and Sahaidachny dismantled the temporary structure – kiosks "Interpret”. The dismantling took place on the implementation of the decision of the Executive Committee of Ternopil city Council No. 495 of 08.06.2016 G. “to eliminate violations in the sphere of land law and urban planning" of the permanent working group on dismantling of temporary structures, which are constructed on the land plots of communal property without documents certifying the right of land use. These dismantled the temporary structures are in the territory, which is guarded, KP “Ternopilavtotrans” at St. 7. Return of dismantled kiosks will be implemented, subject to payment of the performed works on dismantle – 2177,33 USD. (service truck – 1164 UAH., service crane – 1013,33 UAH).
