In the Vinnytsia region for malpractice Director of the company will appear before the court
the Prosecutor's office in Vinnitsa city court transmitted the indictment against the Directors of a company, who, abusing his official position, by entering into official documents of false information, took control of funds of the municipal enterprise of Vinnytsia region. Pre-trial investigation established that the Director of the company, while performing work under the contract, which was financed from budget funds, authentically knowing about the real cost of the equipment purchased, in the act of construction works had deliberately inflated its cost amounting to more than 71 thousand UAH. Actions accused are qualified under part 2 of article 191 of the criminal code of Ukraine, i.e. misappropriation of another's property by abuse of official of his official position and part 1 St. 366 criminal code of Ukraine - the introduction of the official documents of false information, issuing officer knowingly false official documents.
