The Commission includes employees of the Department of labour and social protection of population of Chernivtsi city Council, the Main Department of the Pension Fund in Chernivtsi region, the Executive Directorate of the regional branch of Fund of social insurance against temporary loss of working capacity, Management of Executive management of Fund of social insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases in Chernivtsi region, Chernivtsi city employment center. If necessary, may be held by employees of other agencies and services.
