In Zhytomyr region the representative of the regional state administration entered the working group of the Ministry of environment
the head of the Department of environment and natural resources in the Zhytomyr regional state administration Vadim Voiceshot became part of the working group on reforming the relations in the sphere of subsoil use under the Ministry of ecology and natural resources of Ukraine. It is an Advisory body that is created for the purpose of processing and providing proposals for the reform of relations in the sphere of subsoil use. According to the Regulation the main objectives of the working group are: amendments to the normative-legal acts with the aim of reforming the geological industry, the creation of preconditions for the transition to EU standards and adaptation of the legislation and exploration in accordance with international standards, the settlement of the question of the production of amber and others. Now the Department of environment and natural resources in the Zhytomyr regional state administration will be added to the development of legislative initiatives governing the environmental and geological spheres.
