In Vinnytsia region police officer who illegally kept weapons and ammunition,reported suspicion of
the Investigator of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region 07.07.2016 handed notification of suspicion of an ordinary battalion of special purpose "winery" Main Directorate of the National police in the Vinnitsa region in the Commission of a criminal offense under part 1 St. 263 criminal code of Ukraine. As we reported earlier, the Prosecutor's office together with employees of management of internal security in the Vinnytsia oblast Department of homeland security, the National police of Ukraine 05.07.2016 inspection completed in his household. By results of the carried-out investigative actions it is established that this officer kept without lawful authority carabiner brand «Fort-207"; 5 cartridges of caliber of 12,7 mm; 1 fired cartridge case of caliber of 12,7 mm; 1 cartridge of calibre of 9 mm; 834 cartridge 7.62; 5 stores to different kinds of weapons. On this fact the Prosecutor's office began pre-judicial investigation on signs of the criminal offense under part 1 St. 263 criminal code of Ukraine. The punishment for specified criminal offence involving deprivation of liberty for a term of three to seven years.
