Chernivtsi: introduction of a centralized subsystem Assignments and payment of pensions" on the basis of the electronic pension file

June 1, 2016 Chernivtsi region implemented centralized "Assignment and payment of pensions through e-pension business. Its implementation greatly simplifies the process of receiving services, reduces maintenance time and, as a result, improves the quality of reception of citizens. As of July of this year this system was put into operation in 18 regions of Ukraine and in Kiev. After her commissioning on 1 August in the Volyn, Zhytomyr, Odesa, Rivne, Sumy and Chernihiv regions, the new software will cover the entire territory of Ukraine. On 21 June this year entered into force the resolution of the Board of the Pension Fund of Ukraine from 14.12.2015 No. 25-1, according to which already statements on pension can be submitted to any territorial administration of the Fund, which has implemented a centralized system of assignment and payment of pensions, of persons residing (registered) in these administrative-territorial units, irrespective of the service area of such bodies. And since August of this year, after the introduction of the new service system in all areas, citizens will be able to apply for pension to any convenient office of the Pension Fund of Ukraine regardless of their place of registration. Modern technology is gradually edging out the era of the bulky paper of the pension as an opportunity to abandon paper document circulation in their formation. All the documents submitted for pension, are scanned by a specialist pension service, which carries out their welcome. When applying for the pension, the applicant does not need to personally fill in the application form as it was before, for it in automatic mode it generates a specialist of the front office. After that, the applicant only checks included in the statement information and certifies it with his signature. The scanned application and documents certified by the electronic digital signature and stored in the electronic pension as copies of the documents on the basis of which the pension must be calculated. The purpose of pensions is possible in a centralized system, which is common to all territorial departments of the Fund, where this system already works. Processing of pension documentation are automated. Modern web technologies allow to automatically fill in electronic pension file data from the system of personified registration of insurance seniority and wage of the insured person and calculating pensions. The new system can analyze the pension due to all variants that the person has the right, and choose the best. This greatly minimizes the human factor influence on the process of calculation of pensions. Information about the person contained in the electronic pension, as well as protected, which prevents its leakage. At the same time significantly expand the capabilities of remote services. To solve the issue of its pension provision will be through the Contact center and the web portal of the Pension Fund. Through personal Cabinet on the web-portal by the electronic digital signature of the pensioner will gain access to your e-pension business. Not leaving the house the pensioner, to whom a pension for the help of a centralized system of assignment and payment of pensions, anytime via the Internet will be able to view the components of your pension payments.
