The meeting was attended by Commission of State service of Ukraine for emergency situations, representatives of the management bodies of civil protection in Vinnytsia region, the Vice-chairmen of district state administrations and Deputy mayors of cities of regional importance, responsible for the direction of civil protection, heads of structural subdivisions on issues of civil protection districts and cities of regional importance, chiefs of structural divisions of head Department gschs of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region, heads of the specialized services of civil protection of the region. "The holding of such command and staff of navchanni are necessary for each of us, because we live in quite difficult times for our country. As a result of the command and staff of navchanni in Vinnytsia see that they are ready to overcome obstacles and challenges that stand before us. citizens can confidently look to the future, because they have all the guarantees of safe stay in the region of Vinnytsia. We will continue to work on the protection of the population of the region. It is clear that there are shortcomings on which constantly need pracovat, so in the future, the work of bodies of civil protection in Vinnytsia region will focus on the elimination of all problematic issues," - said Valery Krovi. Summing up the results of the exercise, the Director of the Department of organization of actions of civil protection of the State service of Ukraine for emergency situations Mykhaylo Mallow said: "the Purpose and goals that were set before us with the beginning of a command post exercise executed in full. All the training conducted and organized in time. During the exercise, the heads of regional and district levels have received practical skills on the organization and management structures while any threat and liquidation of consequences of emergency situations". According to the Deputy Director of Department - head of planning and coordination of activities civil protection Vasily Skakun, the teachings were brought about 2 thousand personnel and over 600 pieces of equipment for various purposes. During the command and staff of navchanni working groups of staff worked out ways of cooperation in case of emergencies: communication methods, information sharing, performance measures on transfer of system of civil protection in the operating mode of increased readiness.
