In the Vinnytsia region one of the important ways of access to public information in the Prosecutor's office is the provision of reliable,accurate and complete information on the queries
So, to the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region during the first half of 2016 received 78 requests for information, of which 67 are considered directed to the proper managers - 11. Prosecutors ' offices at the local level is considered 16 requests. By results of consideration of 38 queries the information provided (office of the regional Prosecutor's office - 30, local prosecutors – 8), rose’explained the requirements of the legislation as a result of consideration of 24 requests for information. Rose’explanations were provided mainly in SV’'yazku that citizens sent requests, including e-mail, which contents are the addresses and thus could be resolved in the order determined by the Law of Ukraine «citizens». Only in 5 cases in the provision of information is denied, in connection’connection with its allocation to a category with restricted access and from other bases specified by law. However, the three queries considered by the Prosecutor's office, the information provided or partially provided by rose’explanations from the star’'yazku with setting asking account for the payment of the cost of production of the requested copies of documents. Most often requested information on personnel issues - 32, 10 on the issues of pre - trial investigation, 2 on the issues of organizational - administrative activity, 1 - representation of interests of citizens and state in court. Other issues reviewed 22 requests. To the office of the Prosecutor's office of area the most requests were received from citizens – 38, from public organizations – 4, from media - 13. A significant number of requests were received in the Prosecutor's office by e-mail – 25 and the mail star’ – 22, personally – 8, phone - 1. In all cases, responses to requests were provided in writing by mail or email asking. The main objectives of bodies of Prosecutor's office of area in this direction and remains further the systematic and rapid publication of information in the possession of the prosecution, the terms and the procedure established by the legislation and the provision in a particular order and timing of information requests.
