In Zhytomyr region the Ministry of regional development asked about locking the administrations of the process of voluntary Association of communities
asks the Ministry of regional development Association of local authorities in a timely manner to inform about the facts of delay on the part of local state administrations or blocking decisions on voluntary Association of territorial communities. This is stated in the official letter of the Ministry addressed to the all-Ukrainian associations of bodies of local self-government. "The Ministry of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine received appeals from local authorities in undisguised resistance from the local state administrations on the local initiatives of territorial communities of villages, settlements cities regarding their voluntary Association with the aim of increasing the ability of such communities. To prevent procrastination on the part of local state administrations or blocking decisions of local governments on voluntary Association of territorial communities, please timely inform the Ministry about the incident for the appropriate response," the letter reads.
