With the start of the harvesting campaign, the head of the regional state administration Valery Cow with a working trip visited Trostyanets and Chechelnitsky areas where familiarized with a course of cleaning of early grain local agricultural enterprises. As the harvest the farmers of the area and what a harvest forecast this year, the head of the region found out on the example Trostyanetsky, OOO, Ukraine – T" which is engaged in cultivation of crops and livestock of pigs, as well as companies "Agrofirm "ol'hopil '" that Chechelnitsky area - an elite seed farm with a developed livestock industry. Enterprises have already started the collection of winter wheat, and, despite the dry weather conditions during sowing campaign in autumn last year, provide for high yields. After reviewing the progress of field work and communicated with the heads of households, the head of the regional state administration Valery Cow expressed the belief that the agricultural business in Vinnytsia region is actively developing and is the engine of economic growth. Moreover – demonstrates the ability to solve social problems in rural areas. "we are in a state of transformation of methods of work with representatives of agrarian business, because there are processes where performance requires that farmers maximize the use of new equipment and new technologies, which, unfortunately, is not combined with a large number of people. To be contrary to this process – wrong. And yet we have to create additional mechanisms for agribusiness development, improve its effectiveness, and for the development of rural areas", - said Valery Cow. The head of the region noted the importance of ensuring a competitive environment of agribusiness, resulting in a positive for the development of agricultural enterprises, owners of land shares, and for the region as a whole. The sample resulted in a situation where at the time improper administrative interference in these processes local authorities were distracted by the agricultural business, in particular in the sugar industry. But already, the growth of areas under crops of sugar beet almost 10 %, which, according to the Chairman of governors, testifies to the correctness of the chosen path. "We're doing everything in order to create normal competitive conditions in respect of the right of lease of land shares. Around this subject there have been many discussions and conflict situations, hostile takeovers of the relevant areas. But due to the fact that we have made every effort to avoid such things, deprived the local authority the opportunity to intervene in the process of redistribution of lease rights to land share and create transparent conditions for the registration of leases, the observed positive effect. And unlike many regions of Ukraine, Vinnytsia region is now calm, but a complex of works on gathering of early grain occurs in civilized conditions," - said Valery Cow. Now, he said, it is necessary to create proper conditions for and processing plants – also in a competitive way - not create barriers for producers of agricultural products. In the framework of the visit the head of the Vinnytsia region visited also zernotok "Agrofirma "ol'hopil'", where there are two dryers and a private Elevator, therefore, provided the opportunity to receive 1.5 thousand tons of grain per day.
