Violations of nuclear and radiation safety in II quarter in the Ternopil region not found
the North-Western state Inspectorate for nuclear and radiation safety the state nuclear regulatory Inspectorate of Ukraine as a territorial authority of the State nuclear regulatory Inspectorate of Ukraine, provides implementation of state policy in the sphere of nuclear energy use in the North-Western regions: Volyn, Rivne, Ternopil and Khmelnytsky regions. As 31.06.2016 year 58 subjects of economic activities in Ternopil region are involved in using the IRS on the basis of licenses issued by the state regulatory authority for nuclear and radiation safety North – Western state Inspectorate. According to the results of consideration of submitted applications the Licensing Commission of the North-Western state Inspectorate approved: • on amendments to the operating licenses to the following institutions: 1. Ternopil city municipal hospital ¹ 3. • concerning the issuance of licences to the following institutions: 1. Physical person-entrepreneur Bilonog Vladimir Ivanovich 2. Public institution Husyatyn district Council "Husyatyn district center for primary health care" • regarding the cancellation of the license in connection with the liquidation of the legal entity: 1. DZ Vdlcu Lorna article Ternopil dgto "Lviv railway" In the direction of state supervision over observance by subjects of hozyaystvennogo.moy the North-West region of the current legislation of Ukraine, norms, rules and standards on nuclear and radiation safety and conditions of licenses to conduct certain types of activities in the sphere of nuclear energy use in the North-Western state Inspectorate for II quarter of 2016 was held on 2 scheduled and 3 unscheduled inspections and surveys. According to the results of conducted Supervisory activities were composed of 5 acts and 4 prescriptions. Violations of nuclear and radiation safety in carrying out activities on the use of IRS actors Ternopil region, that have led or could lead to unauthorized exposure or radioactive contamination of the environment in the first quarter of the current year have not been identified.
