Passengers on international flights in Zhytomyr spoke about human trafficking

At the Zhytomyr regional bus station 13 July, completed the information-educational campaign "People are not commodities" on the occasion of world Day against trafficking in persons. The event was held with the support of the Department of family, youth and sports of the Zhytomyr regional state administration together with public organization "Avenir" and Zhytomyr regional gender resource center of the Zhytomyr oblast Rada. The organizers hung on the building of the bus station information posters, distributed to the travelling theme of the handout "If you are going to work abroad: find out detailed information about conditions of employment" and "Before going abroad to study, verify the planned condition," which intended to raise awareness about the risks of trafficking and to prevent their manifestation. Deputy head of the Department of family, youth and sport of regional state administration Oleksandr Antonyuk said that in our area during the first half of 2016 already established status to four persons who suffered from human trafficking. Such shares are not disposable, they will continue in the future. The first of these, held was aimed directly at the audience, which is already sent abroad.
