In the Zhytomyr region to check the quality of drinking water
during the first half of 2016, the regional laboratory center 13843 conducted research of quality of drinking water, of whom 7713 on sanitary-chemical and 612 bacteriological. During my research identified a significant proportion of water samples that do not meet the requirements of sanitary norms, and therefore, is unsuitable for use with food purpose. So, according to sanitary-chemical indicators identified 1860 of non-standard samples, or 24 % of studied water samples for bacteriological indicators – 550 samples, or 9%. It should be noted that according to sanitary-chemical indicators most of the deviations from the standard indicators identified in Roginska, Luganska, Popelnianski and Baranowski areas; bacteriological in Luganskom, Emilchinsky, Baranowski and Berdichev areas. In addition, with the aim of identifying the causative agents of infectious diseases of viral etiology, Virology laboratory monitors drinking water for the presence of enteroviruses, hepatitis viruses And Rota-viruses. During the first half of 2016 just studied 45 samples of drinking water. In all studied samples of the above pathogens were not identified. The main polluter of water on sanitary-chemical indicators are nitrates, bacteriological – E. coli (E. coli). In all cases the identification of water samples with deviations from the normative parameters mandatory notified the owners and the balance of water sources and water supply facilities.
