The Committee meeting was held on the basis of Oblastnaya OO young people with limited functional abilities "Harmony", which has successful experience in implementing social programs and projects in the city of Vinnytsia and Vinnytsia region on the adaptation of youth with special needs into society. Members of the regional Committee present at the meeting spoke about the need in the field of compulsory measures for observance of construction norms, state standards and rules on accessibility for disabled populations. Now there is an urgent need for the establishment and functioning of transport services transportation of persons with disabilities. It is also necessary to raise awareness of the population, government officials, deputies of the urgent needs of people with disabilities, creating a last unimpeded access. Taking into consideration all proposals and information, the members of the regional Committee discussed and formed recommendations for further execution.
