"Please note that in any of these scenarios, the cost of condominiums will make up about 55% of the total amount of funds raised for insulation. That is, getting Government and local compensation, even paying interest on the loan, the condominium is actually has the ability to purchase the necessary equipment and materials for half its market value", - stressed the Head. We will remind that under the program the Government provides condominiums and housing cooperatives non-repayable financial assistance in the amount of 40% of the cost of insulation.
