Experts and citizens are encouraged to join the discussion of the draft Budgetary rules of the city Council
the First expert discussion of the draft Budget of the rules of the Chernivtsi city Council will be held on 19 July at 11.00 in the town Hall. To participate in the discussion invited members of the city Council, community activists, scientists and those interested in the budget process in the city. The draft Budget regulation was developed by the specialists of the financial management of the city Council. The purpose of the Budget rules of the Chernivtsi city Council is the standardization of the processes (mechanisms) of the formation and use of means of the city budget to ensure tasks and functions undertaken by the city Council and its Executive bodies in the budget period, as well as regulation of relationships between the different actors of the budget process. Budget regulations contain the procedure for conducting of preparatory work, the drafting of the city budget, preparation of a draft decision on the city budget and materials to him, the consideration of the draft city budget its approval and implementation features in the event of late adoption, execution of the city budget and amendments to the reporting and approval of the report on execution of the city budget.
