the Prosecutor of the Rivne oblast Oleg Sobol Monday, July 18, held the first personal reception of citizens. Only to the head of the regional Prosecutor's office asked for help 10 residents of the region, among them – representatives of local authorities, and public figures. So, during the reception to the Prosecutor of the region with the complaint to actions of bodies of preliminary investigation addressed two deputies of the Rivne city Council. In particular, complaints related to inadequate pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings that it is carried out by the police, on the facts of hooliganism with infliction of grievous bodily harm to the Deputy of Rivne city Council, the illegal construction in the region and other issues. Also, the Prosecutor asked the inhabitants of the village of Gorodok, Rivne district with a complaint regarding possible illegal actions of village heads in the distribution of ownership of land, and a resident of the city of Rivne – the invalid of the 2nd group was asked to consider taking prosecution action representative character to protect her housing rights. During the reception of citizens the Prosecutor of the region took all appeals in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation and ensured that filed complaints with the Prosecutor's office will consider the violations will be check and, if there are grounds will be taken to respond within the competence of the Prosecutor's office.
