Vinnytsya region identified by the coordinator of the office of reform and initiated the formation of its team
For each of the 24 regions of Ukraine determined the coordinators of the office of reforms on decentralization and development, whose main task – assistance at the regional level, local government reform and territorial organization of power. In Vinnytsia region they became Oleg Levchenko. According to First Deputy Minister of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine Vyacheslav Negoda, the main tasks of the offices of the reforms are: – support the process of voluntary unification of territorial communities; – completion of work with prospective plans of formation of territories of communities of the region; – assistance to United communities for implementing infrastructure and developmental projects; – collection and provision of information about the activities and budgets of the joint communities to analyze their development – strengthening cooperation of communities. Also, Vyacheslav Nehoda said that urgent and important task for the coordinators of the offices of the reforms is the formation of their professional teams. Recall that the regional offices of the decentralization reforms and development are formed on the initiative of the Ministry of regional development and the support of international donor partners. It is expected that the offices formed as a legal entity to support the implementation of local government reform and territorial organization of power, decentralization of powers of bodies of Executive power, reform of the state regional policy.
