Kovalskoy local office of public Prosecutor of the Volyn region initiated pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on the fact of illegal manufacturing, storage and sales of excisable goods. in this production the local Prosecutor's office with involvement of the SBU in the region and Lutsk border detachment of the North regional administration of State border service of Ukraine on the territory of Volyn is 21 court-mandated search in the houses and warehouses belonging to the citizens who were engaged in illegal activities. Now already identified and seized accounting documents, 2 packs of cash in different currencies (UAH 200 thousand, 16 thousand USD, 100 thousand zlotys), 400 boxes of cigarettes of the Belarusian production, beverage products and more than 5 tons of alcohol. The approximate cost of the seized counterfeit goods is 2 million UAH. Pre-judicial investigation proceeds. Resolved issues of bringing guilty persons to the responsibility established by law.
