With the aim of improving the financial condition of enterprises of housing and communal services, discipline of payments for consumed housing and communal services and a debt reduction of the population for housing and communal services in April 2016 the Executive Committee of city Council established the Commission on questions of collection of debts on payment for consumed utilities, energy. Taras Yakovlev urged citizens who have debts on payment for consumed utilities and energy, contact the Department of social policy for subsidies and supplying organizations for debt restructuring. City mayor Mykola Romanyuk asked the clubs ' responsible attitude to paying for public services, because of defaulters 70-80 percent of people who are able to pay for the consumed services.
