Foreigners who live in Ternopil, without registration,will be responsible before the law
Foreign nationals who are in Ukraine on legal grounds enjoy the same rights and freedoms and have the same obligations as citizens of Ukraine. "In particular, after receiving a residence permit, foreigners are required within 30 calendar days to register the place of residence, and similarly in the case of de-registration of place of residence and arrival to the new place of residence are also required to register their place of residence, — said the chief specialist on public relations and mass-media Irina Boyko". For residence without registration is subject to administrative responsibility (part 1 St. 203 Cao). Foreigners who permanently reside in Ukraine and documented by the permit commitment upon reaching 25 and 45 years of age to exchange a residence permit, because the previous is invalid. If a foreigner has lost the basis for the stay in Ukraine, its appearance is subject to cancellation, withdrawal and destruction, the mark of the card at the passport document of a foreigner shall be cancelled. Further stay on the territory of Ukraine of such person is considered illegal.
