In the Vinnytsia region Prosecutor's office demands return to the budget UAH 4.5 million due to exemptions for development of 85 ha of land
Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office in court to defend the interests of the state to collect the budget of the construction company of 4.5 million hryvnia. It is established that the company long time carries out building on agricultural land (valuable land) with an area of 85 hectares. At the same time, a dime in SV’'yazku with the losses of agricultural production and change of purpose of the state is not reimbursed. Accordingly, in violation of the Budget code of Ukraine to the budgets of oblast, district and rural Council has not received significant sums of funds that could be spent for the needs of local communities. Note: compensation for losses provides compensation to society for the negative consequences of socio-economic and environmental nature, which occur as a result of transfer of valuable agricultural land to other land category, and in the case of restrictions on land use or quality degradation of lands as a national asset, which is under the special protection of the state.
