Wasting no time, Taras Mosiychuk ran to that place, where we saw two meters from the shore unconscious human body that rested on the surface of the water face down. Quickly reaching the victim, the man immediately pulled him ashore and began to provide first aid. Meanwhile, the wife of Taras called the ambulance.
