In Volyn region the driver who hit the child's death,had served behind bars for 4 years
the Prosecutor's office of Volyn region supported the public prosecution in the criminal proceedings against 31-year-old resident of the village Kusnyshcha Liuboml district, which is the evening of 24 April 2015, moving on the highway Kiev-Kovel-Yagodin from Sochi to Sochi, made arrival on 6-the summer boy. In result of road accident the child received injuries incompatible with life. During pre-trial investigation and in court the man his guilt was not recognized. Sentence Liuboml district court he was found guilty of violating the rules of traffic safety by a person driving the vehicle, entailed death of the victim (criminal offense under part 2 of article 286 of the Criminal code of Ukraine) and sentenced to 4 years of imprisonment with deprivation of the right of management by vehicles for a period of 1 year.
