pursuant To the decision of Lutsk city Council from 20.04.2011 ¹9/23 "On the prohibition of the sale of beer, spirits, soft drinks, wines, canteens and tobacco products" (with changes), the order of the mayor from 22.01.2016 No. 33 On the new composition of the working group on control over observance of legislation in the field of trade and restaurant economy", in the night from 29 to 30 July 2016 working group conducted a RAID, tested 13 objects of trade and sphere of services revealed two facts of violation of part 2 of article 156 of the Cao which are recorded by employees of the office of enterprise development and advertising of Lutsk city Council, Department of municipal police of Lutsk city Council and law enforcement officials. On the facts of violations of the aforementioned legislation was composed of two administrative Protocol on sellers of trading pavilions at a stop of public transport “cherry” (PR-t Renaissance,53A) and the “all for All” (PR-t Youth, 10).
