Chairman of the regional state administration Valery Cow of August 1, met with Chairman of the State service for war veterans and ATO Arthur Derevyanko and President of the Association of the veteran organizations of the European Union EUROMIL Emanuel Jacob, who arrived in Vinnitsa in the opening of the football tournament for the Cup of Heroes in the special forces. With their participation, together with the Director of the Department of social and youth policy of the regional state administration Natalia Zabolotnaya, the people's Deputy of Ukraine Mykola Kucher, the Deputy of regional Council Larissa Bilozir and heads of local public associations whose activity aims to help participants ATO, in the format of "round table" was held to discuss key issues of support for combatants in the East of Ukraine and their families. Describing the General situation in the Vinnytsia region, the head of the region Valery Cow noted that the region is Patriotic, completed all waves of mobilization at 100% and is working to attract citizens to military service under the contract. "In the field are placed the National guard special forces "Yaguar", a military unit 3008, 59-team in Sochi. Have about 10 thousand of registered combatants, and to the extent possible, resolve issues that arise, - said the Chairman of regional state administration. - Established the Center for helping ATO soldiers, a separate division within the Department of social and youth policy. Moreover, we managed to embed there all public organizations that coordinate work in the field of assistance to participants of ATO". Also, said Valery Cow, last year at the expense of subventions from the state budget in the field was acquired with 32 apartments to the families of the dead soldiers. In this direction, said the head of the RSA, the work will continue in the current year. "We have a lot of work. We must speak honestly about the problems, to strive step by step to solve and do everything in order to get around this problem, there was no manipulation, said the head of the Vinnytsia region. – The ATO participants and their families must feel real support and attention to him." The head of the State service for war veterans and ATO Arthur Derevyanko noted that the purpose of the visit to the winery is not only the opening of the tournament, but a familiarization with the social developments that are in the region, because now the system of social services for veterans in Ukraine is being reformed. "Expected to shift to targeting that everyone has a specific means and we are working in this direction. Though it is a difficult process, but I think that should gradually move to the European system," noted the head of Department. In turn, the President of the Association of the veteran organizations of the European Union EUROMIL Emmanuel Jacob emphasized the importance of measures on adaptation of the military personnel who return from the East, especially in the issue of psychological support. During the meeting the participants of the "round table" also informed the guests about the projects being implemented in Vinnytsia region in the direction of support for the ATO participants and their families, and IDPs from East and Crimea, as well as initiatives of civil society organizations working in the sphere of support of the military in the ATO zone.
