Three residents of Novovolynsk,which beat to death a man will sit behind bars
Novovolynsk Department Vladimir-Volyn local Prosecutor's office supported the state prosecution in criminal proceedings on illegal penetration into the dwelling and grievous bodily harm resulting in death of the victim, three residents of Novovolynsk. On the evening of 21 December 2015, 22-, 32 - and 39-year-old drunk men knocking on the door, broke into the house of a friend, to "teach" for imaginary offenses, and beat him so that the next day he died. Recognizing all three attackers guilty of committing criminal offenses under part 1 of article 162 and part 2 of article 121 of the Criminal code of Ukraine, the court has appointed punishment in the form of long terms of imprisonment. 39-the summer inhabitant of a mining town after serving behind bars 7 years, 22-year-old – 7 years and 3 months, and 32-year-old, who has already been convicted for grievous bodily harm, disorderly conduct and involvement of minors in criminal activity – 8 years and 6 months.
