Despite the fact that one of the causes of unpleasant odors in the city of Lutsk is unauthorized discharges of various waste to the sewer system , KP Lutskvodokanal” refers to the inhabitants of M. of luck with the request to report cases of dumping of sewage in not permitted places. As a reminder, currently, in the city of Lutsk there are 2 agreed place for dumping sewage into the municipal sewer network : vul. Mamsurov and Konyakina St. (corner of street). All other locations are considered unauthorized. According to the Protocol of the operational meeting of the mayor from 26.07.2016 G., Department of Municipal police, in cooperation with the Office of the patrol police in Lutsk , the patrol police Department of the National police of Ukraine to strengthen measures to control unauthorised works and dumping of sewage in not permitted places. For the unauthorized discharge of liquid waste there are administrative and criminal liability, since the carrier harms the environment.
