Chernivtsi: the asphalting of gravel roads has more than 56 million hryvnias
Program of asphalting the gravel roads in Chernivtsi in the 2016-2020 city Council approved. The total amount of financial resources necessary for Program implementation 56.1 mln. Chief Manager of and responsible for quality and timely implementation of the Program is the Department of housing and communal services of the city Council. By 2020 it is planned to asphalt 8,7 km of gravel roads that are bus routes No. 3,4,10-,15,18, 19, 27, 42,43. This,in particular, roads, streets Vyzhnytsya, Vaski, Pripyatsky, Kozaytyn, gaevoy, the Danube, I. Horseshoes, sokyryany, Makeyevka, Putilsky, Valkivsky, Steppe, Tajik and Berezhany. The whole length of the road network of the city is 527,5 km, of which paved roads – 193,23 km, gravel – 190,27 km, groundwater – 86,7 km, roads of paving stones – 57,3 km, nearly 52.5 per cent of city roads remain gravel and dirt. Of these, 8.7 km are gravel roads which are bus routes and subject to paving in the first place. "We'll try put in a program tasks to be performed ahead of time.
