Chernivtsi: the Applicants,whose parents died during participation in the ATO will receive a budget place

the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine has simplified the mechanism for admission of students whose parents or one of parents died during participation in the ATO. “Applicants, whose parents (one of parents) were killed (died) during participation in anti-terrorist operations, while protecting the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, or died (died) owing to wound, contusion or injury received in the areas of counter-terrorism operations and who are not enrolled in educational institutions into places of government order, the Ministry of education and science is guaranteed to allocate the budgetary places – noted in the Department of higher education MES. The applicants who belong to the above categories should send their data to the email address [email protected] – surname, name, patronymic, year of birth, mobile phone number and also specify the specialty and higher educational institution, where he was an introduction. Using this information, the Ministry will get in touch with the relevant institutions of higher education and give him all the info. After that, the University must contact the applicant to prepare an appeal to the Ministry on the allocation of state costs for this category of applicants. Such a mechanism has developed in order to facilitate the bureaucratic procedures for applicants and to minimize abuses by higher educational institutions.
