the meeting, which was held in regional state administration, was attended by first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Andriy Gyzhko, Director of international cooperation Department Vladimir Merezhko, heads of relevant departments of the state administration and the chairmen of the standing committees of regional Council. The Polish side was represented by Anthony and Eva Belin – Brzozowski, representatives of Polish business circles. The meeting was exploratory in nature and aimed to prepare the parties prior to the signing of the cooperation agreement. In his opening remarks Andrew Gyzhko congratulated the representatives of the friendly Polish people and said that the civilized world practice knows many examples when the children put forces and means in restoration of objects that have a relationship to their ancestors: "Sir Brzozowski has good intentions for the restoration of the Palace in seconds.
