A report on the work of state forestry to increase the margins and profitability of forestry and forest activities, hunting, timber and wood production was made by the Deputy chief VOLG V. Kotenko. Anatoly Bondar briefed the members of the Board of the issues considered at its meeting of the Board of the state forest resources Agency of Ukraine, analyzed the results of the labor competition of enterprises of forestry area for the first half, the work of all employees to improve the efficiency of all types of economic activity. For the first half of 2016 the best results of economic activities are: first place - GP "Tulinskoe LMG" (Polishchuk V. A.), the second - GP"Dashevskii FAILED" (Vladimir Kavunenko), the third – SE "Vinnitsa Leskhoz" (Pepelnik V. V.),.fourth - GP "kryzhopolsky forestry" (V. Tsymbalyuk V.), the fifth – SE "Bershad Leskhoz (Krasnov M. V.), the sixth – GP Mogilev-Podol'skiy Leskhoz (Ishchuk V. M.), the seventh – GP "Illintsi forestry" (R. A. V.), the eighth – GP gaysinsky forestry" (Lashchenko.M.). The Board heard Directors of state enterprises of forestry areas, which took rivalry in the labour 9-11 seats. Labor competition was organized between enterprises, helping to solve economic problems. All services of regional management of forest and hunting economy analyze the performance of each state-owned enterprises in many areas (forestry and wildlife, state forest plantations, protection forest, logging, derevopererabotki, mechanization, implementation of the timber, the productivity of labor, state wage and calculations on obligatory payments. labour protection, production efficiency...). Such information is accumulated on a monthly basis. The results are held on a quarterly basis. And the results constantly bring surprises. For the first time in many years this time first place went tulchinskyi foresters, by moving the permanent leader - SE "Vinnitsa forestry" - the third place. The Board noted that the plans for the establishment of forest plantations in 2016, the state forestries coped successfully. Created 251 hectares of protective plantations and 1302 hectares of forest plantations on state forest lands. Plan of cabins of care of wood made by 105%. The sales volume amounted to UAH 251 mln. (121% of the corresponding period last year). The average monthly salary – 7367 UAH. The forest management aimed 105.2 million UAH. own funds. Fixed assets acquired 7.6 million UAH. Net profit amounted to 20.4 million UAH. from which 75% are listed state. In the Consolidated budget from the enterprises of forestry in Vinnytsia region received UAH 80.6 million. Single social contribution are listed 16.7 million UAH. At the meeting the sides also discussed issues of internal control, outcomes of outreach meetings of the Board, around the state forestries, open and transparent cooperation with the public, of electronic accounting of timber, the supply of wood products to the energy market of the region, fire safety, opening of hunting season. Directors are obliged to optimize costs when holding major forestry operations, to increase the average monthly salary of workers, increase security and protection of the forest, to achieve the maximum proceeds from all types of economic activities, to ensure highly efficient work of the accounting system, combined with the system of electronic accounting of timber.
