Residents of Zhytomyr region have already winterized 38 million UAH
In Zhytomyr demand the state program on energy efficiency. Residents of the area actively insulate and upgrade their homes with the support of the state. In July of this year in Zhytomyr region population took 329 "warm" loans in the amount of 5 million 237,394 thousand UAH. Also joined the programme and condominiums "snowdrop" in Horoshevskogo area. In particular, the JSC "Sberbank" issued to the population of the 257 loans for $ 4 million 086,7 thousand UAH and 1 loan 31,680 thousand UAH, JSB "Ukrgasbank" – 67 credits in the amount of 1 million 134,631 thousand UAH, JSC "Ukreximbank" – 5 credits in the amount 116,063 thousand UAH. Overall in 2016, Zhytomyr region populations and condominiums took 2459 loans totaling 246,723 million 38 thousand UAH. To reduce their payments for utilities in the winter, care must be taken about the insulation of their houses, changing boilers to alternative fuels, install energy-efficient Windows and doors. Savings can be up to 50% of the cost of public services without energomaterialy. "Warm" the loan is given for purchase of boiler using any fuels and energy (except natural gas) to pay from 20 to 70% of the loan amount; for the purchase of energy efficient equipment and/or materials with reimbursement from 30 to 70 % of the loan amount. However, the added compensation from the regional budget: for natural persons – 10% of the loan amount, but not more than 1000 UAH according to one credit agreement; to physical persons-participants of the ATO – 10% of the loan amount, but not more than 2000 UAH according to one credit agreement.
