In the Ternopil region prohibited the sale of agricultural land and land shares (shares)
Main Department of Derzeitiger in Ternopil region informs owners of agricultural land and land shares (shares) that Ukraine has banned the sale of agricultural land and land shares (Pai), defined by subparagraphs "a" and "b" of paragraph 15 of section X "Transitional provisions" of the Land code of Ukraine. Please note that transactions (including power of attorney) signed during the prohibition on the sale or other way of alienation in respect of such land are null and void from the moment of their conclusion (certificate), including the agreement on transfer of rights on alienation of land shares (shares) in the future. Encourage the owners of the units to be prudent and responsible in managing their property, take into account that after the opening of the land market in Ukraine, after the establishment of market prices, the value of these lands will only grow.
